Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)

Key planning permits require the submission of Environmental Impact Assessments. The EIA process has the ability to enhance the positive aspects of a development while also reducing, eliminating, and mitigating its negative ones. AIS Environmental Ltd. is recognised by the Malta Environment and Planning Authority (MEPA) to carry out such environmental statements in accordance with EU legislation.
